David Hirshfeld has been representing licensed health care providers, insurance companies, and lay businesspersons in the business of health care for more than 30 years. He has worked in both private practice and in-house.
David’s work runs the gamut of health care. He has particular experience with:

- Concierge Medicine;
- Mental and Behavioral Health including Substance Use Disorder Treatment;
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Ketamine Arrangements;
- Multi-Provider Organizations including Licensed Clinics, “Super Groups,” and Independent Practice Associations;
- Corporate Governance and Compliance for best-practice and regulatory purposes;
- General Counsel Services;
- Risk Management; and
- Anti-Kickback, Stark, and Corporate Practice of Medicine laws.
David was an original board member of the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (“FARR”) and is currently a member of the Florida Bar’s Health Law Section Executive Council. A native New Yorker, he currently resides in Tampa, Florida.
